Use Sweet Studio Co. as your very own virtual office in Burleigh Heads. This gives you an official business address, and a safe place to receive your business parcels and mail.

FAQs
Our first Sweet Studio Co. is the "Mount Moreland" building in Burleigh Heads, which focuses on digital marketing, e-commerce, branding and design, and other creative industries. This means you’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who will help motivate you to get the work done.
All rentals give you access to our meeting room, high-speed wifi, kitchen amenities, a Nespresso machine, and two bathrooms (one with a shower!). The offices are also cleaned weekly, ensuring that all amenities are well-maintained.
Our Dedicated Desks are booked in weekly blocks, with the option of a consistent 3, 4 or 5-day work weeks. This type of rental gives you access to the building from Monday to Friday during office hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM).
Rental of The Vista (our open plan office space), or any of the private offices, requires a minimum 3-month tenancy. These types of rentals give you access to the building from Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 8 PM.
Sweet Studio Co. can provide you with desks for any Private Office for a minimal fee. We provide desks for free for six-month tenancies and beyond.
Tenancies are paid for in advance at the beginning of each period, on your choice of Weekly or Monthly billing. We require you to provide a two-week security bond for all types of tenancies
